FEES
Fees are $150 for a 60-minute session. Intake session is $175.
A special rate is provided to MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS, please inquire.

Pathways Counseling is an in-network provider for:

Value Options
Pathways Counseling will file insurance with these companies if you complete the necessary insurance releases in the intake paperwork.
If you have other insurances, you may contact your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network coverage. Information can be provided for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

PAYMENT
Cash, check, major credit cards and health savings accounts are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduled appointments that are cancelled without 24-hours advanced notice and no shows are billed the full fee.

EMDR INTENSIVES
3-Hour and 6-Hour intensive sessions are available. This allows for concentrated work in a short period of time. Often an intensive accomplishes as much as double what could be accomplished in the same amount of time done over the course of weeks, such as a 3-hour intensive allowing time to cover material that may take 4-6 or more weekly 1-hour sessions, making it a more cost effective form of treatment.
This option is particularly attractive to clinicians and regional 1st responders who have some clarity about what is needed and limited availability to do the work.
Fees for extended sessions: 3 Hour--$400 6 Hour--$800
